Artisanal Cutlery
Les Couteaux Bourbeau is an artisanal cutlery, created in 1985, in Canada, by Jean-Yves Bourbeau. Since 2010, the workshop, as well as our shop, are now installed in the Toulouse region, in Grenade-sur-Garonne.
Come and discover in-store or on our website the mix of French and Canadian cultures of Jean-Yves, through his know-how, his inspirations and his fabrications.
Today, Les Couteaux Bourbeau has several models of handcrafted knives: Fixed knives, Folding knives, Kitchen knives, Collection knives. Each knife is the result of a work of reflection, harmony and know-how cultivated for more than 30 years.
Beyond the artisanal creation of knives, Les Couteaux Bourbeau also offers blade sharpening and renovation services, as well as cutlery courses.
